About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with PIRHL Developers to design a Low Income Tax Credit Family Housing Development located in Rome Township, Ohio. This three story building will house 54 units on the 2.7 acre site. The buildings will consist of (40) one-bedroom, (7) two-bedroom and (7) studio apartments. Of those, (6) units will be designed to be accessible and (2) units will be design for the hearing and sight impaired.
The project is also be designed to the Ohio Finance Housing Authority’s criteria and LEED standards. The development is adjacent to the Applewood Apartments, which will be under construction in 2021. The site will have a walking trail, water feature, a large covered patio and a pavilion for the residents to enjoy.
