About The Project
This 4,500 square foot, upscale, yet casual restaurant was recently complete in in the City of Green. The restaurant comfortably seats 126 patrons, 66 in the dining area and 60 in the bar area. There is a private dining room which captures the feel of a winery that can hold up to 20. This wine themed private dining room features a cork floor, wine racks for storage / display, and a wine barrel / bottle chandelier designed by a local artist. The tower portion of the restaurant has a blue uplight that provides a dramatic effect during the evening hours.
Local artists were also engaged to provide many of the attributes throughout the restaurant. One of the main ones being, the stained glass divider wall that divides the restaurant from the bar area. The accent lighting and accent pieces placed throughout the restaurant were also provided by local artists. The restaurant also encompasses an outdoor patio area for seating up to 50 that includes enticing, outdoor fireplaces that create the perfect atmosphere.
The name, 35 Brix, was derived from the Niagara Falls region and their famous Ice Wines which is the essence of your overall experience.
