About The Project
TC Architects recently worked with Greater Dayton Premier Management and The Model Group for a Family Low Income Tax Credit Housing Development project located in Dayton, Ohio. This new, three story building has a total of 50 units on a 1.7 acre site. The building consists of (13) one-bedroom and (26) two-bedroom and (11) three-bedroom units. Of those, (8) units are designed to be accessible and (3) units are designed for the hearing and sight impaired.
The site has a community garden and a covered patio for the residents to enjoy. The project was designed to the Ohio Finance Housing Authority’s criteria and LEED Silver standards.
