About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority on the exterior renovation of this 219,600 square foot, sixteen story Senior Housing building located in Cleveland, Ohio. The project began with a comprehensive facility assessment, project budget and prioritized recommendations to the Owner for the much needed repairs. The improvements consist of concrete aggregate and fluted panel restoration, concrete cleaning and sealing, lintel repair / replacement, concrete balcony repair, guardrail and handrail repair or replacement and structural deck repair and replacement. All calk / sealant joints between panels and at the doors and windows will be replaced. A new protective coating will be applied at all restored balconies.
