About The Project
TC Architects recently worked with Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority on the roof replacement project at the Union Square Apartments. The project includes the tear-off and re-roofing of one high-rise apartment building. Roofing work includes removal and replacement of approximately eighty squares of existing built-up roofing. Special coordination is required for maintaining continuous operation of the cellular phone towers mounted to the roof. New roofing is a two-ply SBS-modified asphalt system with granulated cap sheet.
