About The Project
TC Architects worked with the Echelon Green Senior Living Associates on the design of their newest senior living community on 8 acres in Green, Ohio. This senior community will include 61 independent apartments, 45 assisted living apartments and 20 units specializing in memory care. Allowing for those seniors who may need “step up” care to remain within the same familiar setting.
The resort like Independent Senior building will offer studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments all with balconies or patios. Each elegant unit will have fully equipped kitchens with full size appliances, a living /dining area, spacious bedrooms and closets, and individual controlled heating / AC.
The Assisted Living and Memory Care Wing will offer studio, one and two bedroom units. Each unit will be designed for safety and comfort while providing residence the assistance they need to lead an active lifestyle. 24/7 nursing and caregiving support will be available using state-of-the-art monitoring equipment.
The Memory Care will be designed to help orient the residents and will have advanced staff to care monitoring systems to help keep our members safe while promoting their independence. Residents of the Memory Care community will have their own intimate dining room, sun room, courtyard with elevated gardens, great room and activity center.
When completed the community will enhance and nurture the residence sense of belonging, by design features that they will be proud to call home. A few of these features include; a walking path encompassed with ponds with water features, and elevated gardens, a culinary arts studio for cooking classes to help meet specific nutritional needs for the seniors, a salon/spa, theater, chapel, therapy center, a wellness clinic along with a number of indoor and outdoor dining operations and an internet café.
