About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with Fairfield County Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health (ADAMH) Board on the conversion of an existing office building into an Emergency Housing Shelter. This 4,200 sf building will house (28) men and (7) women. Spaces with-in the building include: Men’s and Women’s dorm rooms, separate day room, dining room, kitchen, check-in desk, resident security lockers, laundry, accessible restrooms and (4) offices that can be used for different functions.
The exterior of the building will get a new roof, gutters / downspouts and windows. There will also be a Men’s and Women’s outside smoking area that will be partially enclosed.
This project is being financed by the ADAMH Board, Fairfield County and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
