About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) on a RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) renovation project on four separate sites in Dayton, Ohio. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s 4% tax projects consists of:
- Madrid Estates – 100 Units
- Indian Trails – 35 Units
- Washington Village – 8 Units
- Westerfield Drive – 20 Units
Most of the units will be updated with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom fixtures, new solid core doors, flooring, lighting, HVAC replacement, water heaters, and will be completely repainted.
The Community spaces or buildings at Madrid Estates and Indian Trail will be updated as well, with renovations to the kitchen, toilet rooms, new appliances, HVAC replacement and plumbing upgrades.
The exterior and sites at some of the buildings will be enhanced by adding new covered entries, repaving parking lots, replacing a roof, masonry tuck-pointing, vinyl siding replacement, and replacing exterior doors.
