About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with the Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority and Provident Company for a new Workforce Development project in Mansfield.
The project consists of (120) units in a total of (3) new residential buildings with a new sales office. The unit mix will be (70) two-bedroom units and (50) three-bedroom units. (7) of the units will be fully accessible and (3) units will be designed for the sight and hearing impaired. All of the first floor units are designed to be visitable.
This project was designed to comply with the Low Income Tax Credits guidelines by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. (OHFA)
