About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with PIRHL Developers to renovate a Low Income Tax Credit Family Housing Development located in Columbus, Ohio. These three-story buildings have a total of (192) units in (8) separate buildings. The buildings will consist of (27) one-bedroom, (141) two-bedroom and (24) three-bedroom apartments. Of those, (10) units are designed to be accessible and (4) units are designed for the hearing and sight impaired. The project is also being designed to the Ohio Finance Housing Authority’s criteria and LEED standards.
The units are being renovated with new finishes, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, roofs and paint.
There is a clubhouse with a pool. The site also boasts a picnic pavilion, dog park, community garden and a play area for the residents to enjoy. These amenities will be updated to be accessible.
