About The Project
TC Architects worked with the Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority to evaluate, quantify, prioritize, provide an estimate of probable cost and make recommendations for the exterior restoration of two high-rise buildings.
The Buckeye Building was built in 1964, is approximately 97,500 square feet and is 9 stories tall. The Tod Building was built in 1964, is approximately 105,000 square feet and is 10 stories tall.
TC Architects prepared a set of construction documents to repair / replace the masonry, stone, concrete balconies, concrete stairs, steel lintels, and sealant.
