About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg on an 11,000 square foot tenant buildout of an existing building. The project consists of a buildout of a four-bay apparatus bay, with a separate turn-out gear area, decontamination, EMS storage, workshop, mezzanine, kitchen / break room / day room, exercise room, four (4) individual bunk rooms, bedding storage, toilet rooms, showers, laundry and offices.
The building is divided into hot, transition and cold zones to protect the personnel in the building.
The building will have a storm shelter, as required by code, that doubles as the training area.
The site will have a three-story training tower for hose drying and training. Additional sitework includes new heavy-duty asphalt, trash area and generator.
