About The Project
TC Architects is currently working with The Woda Group to design a new Low Income Tax Credit Senior Housing Facility in Parma, Ohio. This new, three / four story, 51 unit building will be on a 5.2 acre wooded site. The building will have a covered entry, flat roof and a mixture of brick and cement panels with reveals. The site will have a community garden, water feature and a picnic pavilion for the residents to enjoy.
The building will consist of (16) 2 bedroom units and (35) 1 bedroom units. Of those, (6) units will be designed to be accessible and (2) units will be design for the hearing and sight impaired.
The building will be mixed use with an academic space, community room, fitness center, offices, laundry and mail area. The project will be designed to the Ohio Finance Housing Authority’s criteria and will be Energy Star or higher.
